Material saving
A beam width of 0.2mm allows close nesting of components on a sheet, with significant
improvements in material usage.
 
Finished quality
Lasers produce highly finished cut surfaces which generally require no further work.
 
Complex shapes
Laser will cut complex patterns that would not be possible with conventional machines.
Being a non-contact, localised process there is minimal distortion.
 
Flexibility
Computer control allows easy modification to designs.
Tolerances
A 0.1mm tolerance can be achieved, providing exact reproduction of components every
time.
